Summary

Amendment in the Muslim Personal Law is taking a new turn by the day in the Supreme Court. There were several illogical arguments in the affidavit furnished to the court by the Muslim Personal Law Board. It argued that it was necessary to continue with the tradition of triple talaq to save women from getting killed. Besides that, radical Muslims also argued that Muslim Personal Law was a part of the Quran. Therefore, no court can amend it, as the matter would tantamount violating constitutional provisions. For the first time, Muslim women are openly opposing Muslim Personal Law Board and they termed the affidavit of the Board as anti-women, anti-Islamic and anti-constitution.

Barelvi scholars issued an important fatwa in which dreaded terrorist Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has been expelled (khariz) from Islam. It is also said in this fatwa that no Muslim would keep any relation with this person. The strange thing is Darul Uloom is keeping silent on it. Now it is to be seen how far Muslims obey this fatwa. In a conference organized in Delhi, it was demanded that beef export must be banned, as it is causing spiraling prices by the day.

Terrorist organization ISIS is spreading its tentacles very fast in India. Maharashtra Assembly recently revealed that more than 100 youths disappeared mysteriously to join ISIS jihadis. The Maharashtra police arrested several people for keeping relations with this terrorist organization and recruiting people for the same. Arrest included some people from the organization of jihadi evangelist DrZakirNaik.

The Mumbai High Court has opened the door of 900-year-old Haji Ali mausoleum for women, which is being opposed by radical Muslims. They argued that banning women inside the mausoleum was a part of the Islamic tradition and the court should not interfere into such matters. Management of Haji Ali Dargah decided to challenge this matter in the Supreme Court.

Selfish elements are adopting a new trick every day to convert Hindus to Islam. Recently, Jamate Islami published a book in the name of Dr. Ved Prakash in which it has claimed that Hajarat Mohammad Saheb was the same Kalki incarnation and that was mentioned in religious scripture of The Hindus. A write-up was published attributing this book by the Urdu newspaper.

In this regard, Hazrat Muhammad Saheb was termed as Kalki incarnation. The author appealed to Hindus to embrace Islam for their emancipation because Hajarat Mohammad sahib is the 24th and the last Kalki incarnation. Every person who knows about Hindu scriptures knows that the claim made by the author is absolutely false and the only objective of this book is to misguide innocent Hindus to accept Islam.
