ज्ञातव्य हो कि अखिल भारतीय सन्त जन परमार्थ सोसायटी के राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन रूबरू आज अरु – बरु में जब परिवर्तित हुआ जहाँ पूर्व से की जा रही मांगो को ले कर धर्मस्व विभाग के मंत्री श्री पी.सी.शर्मा को बार्ता के लिये श्री राम मंदिर में सन्तो से सामना करना पड़ा जिसमे –
प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महंत श्री भगवान वेदांताचार्य जी ने स्वागत के साथ ही मंचीय कार्यक्रम का उद्घोष किया । जहां सन्त समाज से राष्ट्रीय सन्त राम गिरी जी , महंत रविंद्रदास जी महाराज , पवन सूत दास , राम भूषण दास , नागा सन्त संदीप दास जी महाराज , मणि राम दास जी महाराज , ॐ कार दास जी महाराज , यँगेश्वर दास , पुजारी वैष्णव उत्थान समिति से नागेश्वर जी , गोपाल शास्त्री , मंगल भारती , श्री प्रपन्न जी उज्जैन से ने सहमति पत्रक पर आवेदन करके सरकार को अपनी मांगों से पुनः अवगत कराया जो इस प्रकार है ।।

1 मठ मन्दिरो ,देव स्थानों व् आश्रमो से कलेक्टर एवं शासकीय हस्तछेप हटाया जाए ।

2: मठ ,मन्दिरो की भूमि अतिक्रमण मुक्त हो एवं परम्परा अनुसार सन्त शिष्य परम्परा का और पुजारी बंस परम्परा अनुसार ही हो

इस पर सरकार ध्यान दे ।

3: जहाँ भी सन्त/ पुजारी बैठा स्थान धारी हो कर रहता हो उस जगह का स्थाई पट्टा दिया जाए
एवं जहाँ जमीन मन्दिरो से नही लगी हो उन संत/ पुजारियों को 15000 वेतन दिया जाए ।।

4: प्रत्येक पंचायत , तहसील एवं जिले में गो शाला बनवाई जाये जिसका अध्यक्ष क्षेत्र के महंतों को बनाया जाये जिनकी देख रेख में गौ शाला का कार्य सुचारू रूप से चल सके साथ ही सरकार गो चर भूमि भी प्रदान करे ।

5: प्रदेश एवं देश में धार्मिक आयोजनों में संतो, महंतो की उपेक्षा न की जाये सन्तो की गाड़ी के लिये टोल टैक्स में छूट दी जाए एवं रेल में एक अलग कोटा दिया जाए ।।

6 .जो भी मठ मंदिर 10 वर्ष से पुराना हो उसे नियमित कर के स्थायित्व प्रदान किया जाए सरकार विकाश के नाम पर किसी भी मंदिर , मूर्ति , मठ और आश्रमो को न तोड़े और मन्दिरो के जिर्णोधार के लिये प्रत्येक 5 साल में राशि अनुदान करे ।

7 सभी मन्दिरो और मठो की मध्यस्थ न्यायालयी विवाद तत्काल न्याय से प्रभावित हो जो भी कुंभ की परंपरा गत भूमि आश्रमो की है उसे उसी परम्परा के मठ को लाइन आडर अनुसार पिछले रिकार्ड अनुसार प्रदान की जाये ।।

8. मठों एवं मन्दिरो में संस्कृत शिक्षा के लिये विद्यालय बनाये जाए जो की पूर्ण रूप से निःशुल्क हो ।

9. सन्तो की संपत्ति टैक्स मुक्त हो
और प्रत्येक मंदिर को 80 G प्रदान किया जाये जिसका बैंक एकाउंट सुचारू रूप से देश के सँस्कृति की रक्षा में सहायक सिद्ध हो ।

10. संतो, महंतों, मण्डलेश्वर एवं जगत गुरु को ग्रीन कार्ड दिया जावे जो शासकीय लाभ से प्रभावित हो और कहि भी किसी प्रकार से सन्तो का अपमान न किया जावे ।

11. सन्त जन परमार्थ सोसायटी के संरक्षण में धर्मस्व विभाग द्वारा सभी कार्यो को शीघ्र ही 6 माह के अंदर उपरोक्त मांगो के साथ पूर्ण किया जाए ।।
साथ ही सोसायटी के लेटर पेड़ का विमोचन करते हुये सभा के विह्नगम दृश्यो के साथ …..।
