मुंबई। परमाराध्यपरमधर्माधीश उत्तराम्नाय ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगद्गुरु शंकराचार्य स्वामिश्रीः अविमुक्तेश्वरानंदः सरस्वती ‘१००८’ ने आज एक ऐतिहासिक घोषणा करते हुए धार्मिक मामलों की सुनवाई के लिए ‘धर्मनिर्णयालय’ की स्थापना की औपचारिक घोषणा की है। मुंबई के बोरिवली स्थित कोरा केंद्र में आयोजित प्रेस वार्ता को वे संबोधित कर रहे रहे थे।शंकराचार्य जी ने कहा कि ‘कोई समय था जब न राजा था, न न्यायाधीश, केवल धर्म ही समाज को नियंत्रित करता था। आज जब अदालतों में धार्मिक मामलों की गहराई को समझे बिना निर्णय होते हैं, तब यह आवश्यक हो गया है कि धर्म से जुड़े मुद्दों का निर्णय धर्माचार्य करें, न कि न्यायिक प्रोसीजर के अधीन।‘
धर्म निर्णयालय –एक नई पहल
शंकराचार्य जी ने स्पष्ट किया कि प्रयागराज कुम्भ पर्व के दौरान आयोजित परमधर्म संसद १००८ (26 जनवरी 2025) में धर्मनिर्णयालय की स्थापना का निर्णय लिया गया था। अब इसकी औपचारिक घोषणा की जा रही है। इस न्यायालय में धार्मिक विवादों का निपटारा धर्मशास्त्र, परंपरा और वेदों के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
‘गाय-गवय’ में भेद जरूरी
उन्होंने गाय और गवय के भेद पर भी विस्तार से बात की और सुप्रीम कोर्ट की उस टिप्पणी पर आपत्ति जताई जिसमें ‘गाय में क्या भेद’ कहा गया था। “अगर सब दूध एक समान है, तो A2 और A1 मिल्क में भेद क्यों? गाय का दूध और कुत्ते का दूध बराबर क्यों नहीं माना जाता? जो मांसाहारी आहार लेने वाली संकर या विदेशी गायें हैं, वे भारतीय संस्कृति की दृष्टि से गौमाता नहीं कही जा सकतीं।”
गौमाता को राष्ट्रमाता घोषित करने की मांग
शंकराचार्य जी ने भारत सरकार से गौमाता को ‘राष्ट्रमाता’ घोषित करने की भी पुरज़ोर माँग की। इसके लिए 33 कोटि आहुति यज्ञ का आयोजन देशभर में चल रहा है और मुंबई में भी गो-प्रतिष्ठा महायज्ञ प्रारंभ हो चुका है।
निर्दोष छूटे, तो दोषी का नाम भी सामने आना चाहिए
उन्होंने 2006 मुंबई ट्रेन बम विस्फोट की ओर ध्यान दिलाते हुए कहा कि “यदि 19 वर्षों बाद 11 आरोपी बरी हुए, तो असली अपराधी कहाँ हैं? जब निर्दोष को छोड़ा जाता है, तो दोषी को भी उजागर करना न्याय का ही हिस्सा है।”
कबूतरों के अस्तित्व को मिटाना क्रूरता
वर्तमान में मुंबई में कबूतरों को भगाने या दाना न डालने की नीति पर टिप्पणी करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि “पक्षियों को दाना डालना परंपरा रही है। शासक का कर्तव्य है कि वह सभी प्राणियों के अस्तित्व और सह-अस्तित्व का सम्मान करे। चीन में चिड़ियों को मारने से खाद्य श्रृंखला टूट गई थी – हमें प्रकृति से यह सबक लेना होगा।”
धर्म, संस्कृति और प्रकृति – तीनों के संरक्षण की आवश्यकता पर बल देते हुए शंकराचार्य जी ने आज जो उद्घोषणा की, वह भारतीय समाज की आत्मा की पुनर्स्थापना की दिशा में एक कदम है। उनका यह ऐतिहासिक संदेश देश की सामाजिक, धार्मिक और न्यायिक चेतना को एक नई दिशा देने वाला सिद्ध हो सकता है।
