भारतीय जन क्रांति दल ने ‘दारुल उलूम देवबंद’ पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के लिए भारतीय गृहमंत्री को दिया ज्ञापन
पटना १८ मार्च को भारतीय जन क्रांति दल के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव डॉ राकेश दत्त मिश्र ने भारत के विरुद्ध युद्ध छेडने का आरोप लगाते हुए और उस पर राष्ट्रविरोधी गतिविधियों का आरोप लगाते हुए ‘गजवा-ए-हिन्द’ का फतवा जारी करने वाले संगठन ‘दारुल उलूम देवबंद’ पर तुरंत प्रतिबंध लगाने के लिए महामहिम राज्यपाल महोदय के द्वारा भारत के गृहमंत्री जी को ज्ञापन सौपा।
ज्ञापन के अनुसार,
“उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के सहारनपुर में स्थित भारत की बडी इस्लामिक संस्था ‘दारुल उलूम देवबंद’ दक्षिण एशिया के अनेक मदरसों का संचालन करती है । इन मदरसों से मुस्लिम छात्रों को धार्मिक शिक्षा दी जाती है । सभी इस्लामिक संस्थाएं इस संस्था का अनुसरण करती हैं । इसलिए यह फतवा बहुत महत्त्वपूर्ण है और इस फतवे को राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से बहुत गंभीरता से देखा जाना चाहिए ।
दारुल उलूम देवबंद’ के कारण देवबंद को फतवों का शहर भी कहा जाता है । दारुल उलूम से जारी होने वाले फतवे बड़े स्तर पर संसार के मुसलमानों का शरीयत के विषय में मार्गदर्शन करते हैं । ‘दारुल उलूम देवबंद’ के फतवा विभाग द्वारा हर वर्ष लगभग 7-8 हजार फतवे जारी किए जाते हैं।”
ज्ञापन में दारुल उलूम देवबंद पर भारत के विरुद्ध युद्ध छेडने का आरोप लगाते हुए ‘गजवा-ए-हिंद’ का फतवा जारी करनेवाले इस इस्लामिक संगठन पर तुरंत प्रतिबंध की मांग की है।
साथ ही ‘दारुल उलूम देवबंद’ से जुडे सभी संगठनों पर भी प्रतिबंध लगाने के साथ संगठन के सभी वित्तीय लेनदेन पर रोक लगाने, सभी कार्यालयों को सील करने और सभी दोषियों पर ‘गैरकानूनी गतिविधि रोकथाम अधिनियम’ (यूएपीए) और ‘राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम’ (एनएसए) का मामला दर्ज करने की मांग की है।
