कोई बलवान् किसी निर्बल को ना सताए।कोई बड़ी मछली छोटी मछली को निगल ना जाए,इसी के लिए राज्य शासन और न्याय पीठ की कल्पना की गई है।कोई अत्याचारी अत्याचार करे और उसका प्रतिकार भी पीड़ित पक्ष न कर सके – यह दोहरा अत्याचार है।हमारे धर्मस्थलों पर इतिहास में बर्बर अत्याचार हुए हैं। हम सनातनधर्मियों ने उन्हें कभी स्वीकार नहीं किया है। ये अत्याचार केवल मन्दिरों/मूर्तियों के तोड़ने, कब्जा कर उस पर अन्य धर्मस्थल दर्शाने मात्र के नहीं हैं,अपितु हमारी भूमि,नाम,प्रास्थिति आदि पर भी हमले हुए हैं।
उक्त उद्गार परमाराध्य परमधर्माधीश उत्तराम्नाय ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगद्गुरु शङ्कराचार्य स्वामिश्रीः अविमुक्तेश्वरानन्दः सरस्वती १००८ ने आज परमधर्मसंसद् में कही।
उन्होंने धर्मादेश जारी करते हुए कहा कि हमें उनकी पुनः प्राप्ति अथवा पुनरुद्धृत करने के लिए अपना प्रयास निरन्तर जारी रखना चाहिए। जो लोग यह कह रहे हैं कि हमें यथास्थिति को स्वीकार कर लेना चाहिए, हमारा मानना है कि वे पूर्व में हुआ अत्याचार एक बार फिर दोहरा रहे हैं, जो कि उचित नहीं है।
आगे कहा कि हमारे शास्त्रों का स्पष्ट उद्घोष है कि-सर्वान् बलकृतानर्थान् अकृतान् मनुरब्रवीत्। अर्थात् बलपूर्वक किया गया कोई भी कार्य न किए के बराबर हैं।शास्त्र कहता है-अधर्मेणैधते तावत् ततो भद्राणि पश्यति। ततः सपत्नान् जयति समूलं हि विनश्यति।।यही हाल उन सभी बलपूर्वक अत्याचार करने वालों पर लागू होती है कि उनका समूल विनाश होगा।
सदन का प्रारम्भ जयोद्घोष से हुआ।प्रकर धरातल के रूप में श्री देवेन्द्र पाण्डेय जी से सदन को संचालित किया। विषय स्थापना गाजीपुर धर्मांसद हर्ष मिश्र ने किया।
आज सदन में विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में स्वामी राघवाचार्य जी उपस्थित रहे। 
उन्होंने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि हिन्दू जनमानस टकटकी लगाकर बैठी है कि धर्म पालन करने के लिए हम किसकी बात सुनें। ऐसे समय में ढेर सारे विधर्मी जिनको स्वयं धर्म का ज्ञान नहीं है वे धर्म का उपदेश दे रहे हैं जिससे आम जनमानस के मन में भ्रान्तियाॅ उत्पन्न हो रही हैं कि क्या सही और क्या ग़लत है। ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगद्गुरु शङ्कराचार्य द्वारा चलाया जा रहा यह परम धर्मसंसद उन सभी भ्रान्तियों को दूर करके उन्हें धर्म पालन के लिए एक दिशानिर्देश दे रहा है।
इस धर्म संसद में गौ माता की रक्षा को लेकर,हमारे शाश्वत वेद आदि को लेकर,धर्माचार्य की महिमा और मान्यताओं को लेकर,हमारे मठ,मन्दिर और विरासतों की पुनर्प्राप्ति को लेकर चर्चा हो रही जो लोगो के लिए धर्मपालन हेतु अति महत्वपूर्ण है।
आज के विषय धार्मिक विरासतों की पुनः प्राप्ति पर कहना चाहूँगा कि कुछ लोगो का कहना है कि हमको जो मिलना था मिल गया अब छोड़ दिया जाये लेकिन मैं कहना चाहूँगा जितने हमारे मठ मन्दिर हैं जिसपर अतिक्रमण करके उसपर मस्जिद बना दी गई है हम उन सबको खोजेंगे और अपने विरासतों की प्राप्ति करके वहाँ अपने पुरातन संस्कृति की स्थापना करेंगे।
