आज मध्याह्न 12 बजे शंकराचार्य घाट स्थित श्रीविद्यामठ में पत्रकरवार्ता करते हुए ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगदगुरु शंकराचार्य जी महाराज के पावर आफ एटॉर्नी धारक राजेन्द्र मिश्र,प्रमुख न्याय सेवालय डॉ गिरीश चन्द्र तिवारी, मीडिया प्रभारी सजंय पाण्डेय ने संयुक्त रूप से पत्रकरवार्ता करते हुए बताया कि गोविंदानंद सरस्वती नामधारी एक छलिया, बहरूपिया, कपटी, धूर्त, ढोंगी मानुष है। जो यह भलीभांति जानते हुए भी की वह ब्रम्हलीन जगदगुरु शंकराचार्य स्वामी स्वरूपनानंद सरस्वती जी का दंडी सन्यासी शिष्य नही है। झूठे दस्तावेजों को निर्मित करके अपने आधार पत्र में स्वयं को उनका दीक्षित दंडी सन्यासी शिष्य लिखवाकर दंडी सन्यासी होने का प्रतिरूपण करके कपट पूर्वक छल एवं प्रवंचना करते हुए केनरा बैंक और बैंक आफ इंडिया में ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगदगुरु शंकराचार्य स्वामिश्री: अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद: सरस्वती जी महाराज के संचालित खातों को 5 जून से रोक लगवा दिया था। जिससे पूज्यपाद जगदगुरु शंकराचार्य अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती जी महाराज जो कि सनातनधर्म के मानदंड हैं उनकी मानहानि हुई जिससे क्षुब्ध होकर के गोविंदानंद के विरूद्ध चौक थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज करने हेतु साक्ष्य के साथ प्रार्थनापत्र दिया गया।
साथ ही बैंकों को भी सुप्रीमकोर्ट के विद्वान अधिवक्ता अंजनी कुमार मिश्र के द्वारा लीगल नोटिस दी गई। जिसके पश्चात बैंकों ने अपने गहनजांच में पाया कि गोविंदानंद फर्जी दस्तावेजों के माध्यम से बैंकों को गुमराह किया है तथा बैंकों ने अपने द्वारा किए गए जांच से यह भी पाया कि ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगदगुरु शंकराचार्य स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती जी महाराज ही खातों के अधिकृत संचालक है। इस बात की जानकारी के पश्चात बैंकों ने परमधर्माधीश ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगदगुरु शंकराचार्य जी महाराज से लिखित खेद प्रकट करते हुए खातों को सुचारू संचालन करते हेतु पुनः प्रारम्भ कर दिया।
