मैने 2019 लोकसभा चुनावों से पहले 5 सूत्रीय प्रथम हिंदू मैनिफेस्टो बनाया था। तब पूज्य ब्रह्मलीन शंकराचार्य स्वामी स्वरूपानंद सरस्वती जी महराज के कृपापात्र स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती जी महाराज ने मुझे उस प्रथम 5 सूत्रीय हिंदू मैनिफेस्टो के लिए प्रयागराज कुंभ 2019 में लिखित में समर्थन एवं आशीष दिया था, जो बड़े सौभाग्य का विषय था। उस हिंदू मैनिफेस्टो का प्रचार प्रसार भी किया गया जिसे बहुत समर्थन भी मिला था।
उसके बाद मैंने पूज्य स्वामी श्री अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती जी महाराज को 2019 लोकसभा चुनावों के हिंदू मैनिफेस्टो बनाने में सहयोग किया था। मेरा परम सौभाग्य था कि मेने उसमे 15 बिंदु सुझाए थे और महाराज जी ने 13 बिंदु स्वीकार किए थे। वह मैनिफेस्टो 21 अप्रैल 2019 को पूज्य स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद जी ने काशी में प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में जारी किया था।
अब मैं सभी पूज्य शंकराचार्यों को नमन करते हुए लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के लिए हिंदू मेनिफेस्टो 2024 जारी कर रहा हूं जिसका नाम “सेकुलर हिन्दू मैनिफेस्टो 2024″ है। इसे “सेकुलर हिन्दू मैनिफेस्टो” इसलिए कहा गया है क्योंकि यह मैनिफेस्टो हिंदुओं के लिए तो हिंदू विचारधारा पर आधारित है किंतु अन्य संप्रदायों के लिए सेकुलर है अर्थात उनका सम्मान करता है एवं उन्हे प्रभावित नही करता। इस प्रकार अन्य संप्रदाय भी इस सेकुलर हिन्दू मेनिफेस्टो का समर्थन अवश्य करेंगे, ऐसी आशा है।
इस सेकुलर हिंदू मैनिफेस्टो की प्रतिलिपि सभी राजनैतिक दलों के प्रवक्ताओं को भेजी जाएगी और मांग करी जायेगी कि वे 100 करोड़ हिंदुओ के हित के लिए इस सेकुलर हिन्दू मैनिफेस्टो के बिंदुओं का समर्थन करें और हमे समर्थन पत्र भेजें। साथ ही सेकुलर हिंदू मैनिफेस्टो को अपने मैनिफेस्टो में जोड़ें और सत्ता में आने पर पूरा करने का संकल्प करें। जिन राजनैतिक दलों का हमे समर्थन पत्र प्राप्त होगा,उनके उम्मीदवारों को हमारा समर्थन भी रहेगा।
साथ ही सेकुलर हिन्दू मैनिफेस्टो 2024 की प्रतिलिपि अधिक से अधिक पूज्य संतों एवं अखाड़ों को भी भेजी जायेगी और समर्थन के लिए अनुरोध किया जायेगा।
सेकुलर हिन्दू मैनिफेस्टो 2024 प्रस्तुत है।
1. पूज्य शंकराचार्य स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती जी की मांग के अनुसार “गौ माता राष्ट्र माता” घोषित की जाए।
साथ ही देशभर में गौचर भूमि एवं गांव के तालाब भूमाफिया से छुड़ा कर गौवंश एवं अन्य पशुओं के लिए उपलब्ध हो। इससे जनता को सस्ता शुद्ध दूध मिलेगा और किसानों के खेतों में भी छुट्टे जीव नहीं घुसेंगे। अधिक गौ वंश होने पर गौ अभ्यारण्य अर्थात गौ वंश सेंचुरी बनाकर वहां स्थानांतरित किए जायें।
2. अधूरे राम जन्मभूमि मंदिर की अमान्य शास्त्रविरुद्ध प्राण प्रतिष्ठा को धर्मसम्मत पूरा करने के लिए मंदिर पूरा बनने के बाद पूज्य शंकराचार्यों, पूज्य रामानंदाचार्यों वं पूज्य रामानुजाचार्य सहित अन्य वैश्नवाचार्यों के सानिध्य में पुनः शास्त्रसम्मत प्राणप्रतिष्ठा की जाए और परमपूज्य रामलला के लिए अधूरे कार्य को सम्पन्न किया जाए।
3. संविधान के अनुच्छेद तीस में परिवर्तन कर बहुसंख्यक हिंदुओं को भी अपनी इच्छा के शैक्षणिक संस्थानों खोलने के अधिकार दिए जायें जिससे हिंदू भी विद्यालयों में सभी आधुनिक शिक्षा के साथ धार्मिक शिक्षा के विषय जैसे रामायण, गीता, पुराण एवं उपनिषद आदि पड़ सकें। अल्पसंख्यकों के शैक्षणिक संस्थान भी निरंतर चलते रहेंगे। वर्तमान में मात्र अल्पसंख्यकों को ये अधिकार हैं।
4. बहुसंख्यक हिंदुओं पर होने वाले अपराधो, उनकी सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक समीक्षा के लिए बहुसंख्यक कमिशन का गठन।
5. सरकारी नियंत्रण में आए सभी हिंदू मंदिरों का पैसा हिंदू देवी देवताओं में आस्था रखने वाले मात्र हिन्दू समाज और हिंदू धर्म प्रचार प्रसार पर व्यय हो। मंदिरों के धन को निर्धन साधारण श्रेणी, ओबीसी और अनुसूचित जाती/जनजाति एवं साधारण श्रेणी के प्रतिभाशाली हिंदुओं के कल्याणकारी योजनाओं पर खर्च करने का नियम बनाएं जाएं।
मंदिर के कमेटी के सदस्य में चेयरमेन एवं समिति के सदस्य पूज्य शंकराचार्य, पूज्य वैष्णवाचार्यों एवं संत अखाड़ों के नामांकित सम्मानित संत हों। प्रशासनिक सेवा के लिए एक आईएएस स्तर का हिन्दू अधिकारी भी कमेटी का सदस्य हो और अन्य सदस्य चेयरमेन के सुझाव से ही बनाए जायेंगे।
सभी हिन्दू मंदिरों के पुजारियों सहित सभी कर्मचारियों को सरकारी कर्मचारी का वेतन और सुविधाएं दी जायें, जिसका भार मंदिर में इकट्ठे हुए दान से ही होगा और सरकार पर कोई भार नहीं पड़ेगा।
6. भगवान आदि शंकराचार्य ने मात्र 4 शंकराचार्य पीठे, ज्योतिर्मठ, पुरी, श्रृंगेरी एवं द्वारका, बनाई थी। इसके अतिरिक्त सभी नकली शंकराचार्य पीठों पर प्रतिबंध और नकली शंकराचार्यों पर कठोर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाए।
7. अंग्रेजों द्वारा भारत को परतंत्र बनाए रखने के लिए, हिंदुओं की भावना को ठेस पहूँचाने और हिंदुओं एवं भारत को बांटने वाली झूठी आर्य इंवेज़न थ्योरी को निरस्त किया जाये।
8. संसद में हिन्दू आध्यात्मिक सिद्धांतों का सम्मान करते हुए हिंदू धार्मिक पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी का गठन। जो जांच करेगा कि कोई कानून हिंदू धर्म में हस्तक्षेप तो नहीं कर रहा।
9. हिंदू धर्म विरोधी समलैंगिकता, लिव इन संबंधों पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध और विवाह के बाहर संबध दंड योग्यअपराध घोषित हो।
10. भारत में 50% से कम हिंदू जनसंख्या वाले 8 राज्यों में हिंदुओं को अल्पसंख्यक का दर्जा।
11. अल्पसंख्यकों को सच्चर कमेटी रिपोर्ट आधारित योजनाएं जैसे विद्यार्थी छात्रवृत्तियां एवं व्यवसायियों को अल्पसंख्यकों के बराबर ब्याज पर ऋण आदि सैकड़ों योजनाएं दी गई किंतु ब्राह्मण क्षत्रिय वैश्य समाज के हिंदुओं को पिछले 18 वर्षों से सभी केंद्र सरकारों ने इनसे वंचित किया।
अब सभी ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य समाज के छात्रों एवं नागरिकों को उसी आधार पर ऐसी योजनाओं का लाभ मिले।
अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजातियों को भी समान योजनाओं का लाभ मिले।
12. गंगा, यमुना, नर्मदा आदि सभी नदियों की निर्मल जल धारा के लिए उनमें जानें वाले सभी नालों पर क्षमता अनुसार सीवर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट लगाने के बाद ही जल निकासी।
देश में आने वाली पीने के पानी के संकट से बचने के लिए वर्षा जल का सयांचन एवं प्रबंधन पर अत्यधिक बल दिया जाए।
13- आंतरिक सुरक्षा बड़ाने के लिए 5 लाख से अधिक पुलिसकर्मियों की कमी को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के लिए राज्य सरकारों को सहयोग।
दंगे, आंदोलनों एवं प्रदर्शनों में चोटिल पुलिसकर्मियों को न्यूनतम 10,000 रु से 10 लाख रु आर्थिक सहयोग।
प्रदर्शनों एवं आंदोलनों में वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए पुलिसकर्मियों के परिवारों को 25 लाख रु आर्थिक सहयोग एवं परिवार में से एक सदस्य को पक्की सरकारी नौकरी दी जाए।
14. सुदृढ़ आंतरिक एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा मात्र पुलिस एवं सुरक्षा बलों का दायित्व नहीं, अपितु जनसाधारण का भी दायित्व है। इसलिए जनता में भी आत्मरक्षा की प्रेरणा होनी चाहिए। इसलिए विद्यालय स्तर से सभी विद्यार्थियों के लिए आत्मरक्षा प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य हो।
15- संयुक्त हिंदू परिवार को बड़ावा देने के लिए योजनाएं बनाएं जैसे,
– संयुक्त परिवार को आयकर में छूट।
– संयुक्त परिवार को संयुक्त आय के आधार पर घर खरीदने के लिए ऋण में छूट।
– वृद्ध माता पिता को साथ रखने वालों को आयकर में छूट।
(संयुक्त परिवार योजनाएं अल्पसंख्यकों को भी दी जाएं)
16-मणिपुर मैती हिंदुओं के लिए,
मणिपुर में गृहयुद्ध जैसी स्थिति में 394 से अधिक तोड़े गए हिंदू मंदिरों का पुनर्निर्माण।
मणिपुर में जिन मैती हिंदुओं के घर, दुकान आदि तोड़े और जलाएं गए, उन्हे मुआवजा/आर्थिक सहयोग।
जिन मैती हिंदुओं के परिवारवालों की हत्या हुई, उन्हे उचित मुआवजा।
म्यांमार से आए घुसपैठियों को तुरंग बाहर निकालना और म्यांमार से लगा सारी सीमाएं सील करना।
17-अनुच्छेद 370 हटाने के बाद लगाया नए डोमिसाइल नियम हटाया जाए जिससे भारत का कोई भी नागरिक कभी भी जम्मू कश्मीर में नौकरी पा सके।

18. भारत में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों के संबंध में,
– सभी बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों को पहचान कर उनके आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी कार्ड निरस्त करो।
– उन्हे मतदाता सूची से बाहर करो और उन्हें निष्कासित किए जाने तक अस्थाई घुसपैठिया पहचान पत्र दिया जाए।
– नेहरू लियाकत समझौते के आधार पर प्रताड़ित बांग्लादेशी अल्पसंख्यकों को भारतीय नागरिकता दी जाए।
19. पुरुषों द्वारा बढ़ती आत्महत्या के मुख्य कारण मानसिक, आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक दबाव को समाप्त करने, और शारीरिक एवं मानसिक स्थिति पर निरंतर अवलोकन के लिए पुरुष कल्याण हेतु पुरुष आयोग का गठन। यह पुरुष आयोग अल्पसंख्यकों के लिए भी मान्य हो।
20. महिला बलात्कार करने पर आजीवन कारावास से मृत्यदंड और नाबालिग लड़की से बलात्कार करने पर सीधे मृत्यु दण्ड का प्रावधान हो।
