मोदी जी को पत्नी सहित आने, मोहन भागवत के गर्भगृह में होने पर विरोध सहित 4 बिंदुओं पर रामजन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट को कानूनी नोटिस भेजा गया, ट्रस्ट नहीं दे रहा उत्तर
22 जनवरी 2024 को रामजन्मभूमि मंदिर में रामलला की नई मूर्ति की हिंदू शास्त्र विरुद्ध प्राण प्रतिष्ठा किए जाने के विरोध में 20 दिन पहले 2 पूज्य शंकराचार्य विरोध में खड़े हो गए थे। अन्य 2 पूज्य शंकराचार्यों ने पत्र लिखकर आशीष देकर शास्त्र अनुसार कार्य करने का संदेश दिया किंतु वे भी निमंत्रण मिलने के बाद भी उस कार्यक्रम में नहीं जा रहे।
इसी श्रृंखला में शंकराचार्य परंपरा से जुड़े हिंदू मैनिफेस्टो के संस्थापक जितेन्द्र खुराना ने 8 जनवरी को रामजन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट को एक आपत्ति पत्र सहित कानूनी नोटिस भेज दिया था जिसमे 4 मुख्य बिंदु थे। पत्र की भाषा अत्यंत शालीन एवं सम्मानजनक थी क्योंकि यह धार्मिक कार्यक्रम में त्रुटियां दूर करवाने के लिए था।
1-चूंकि नरेंद्र मोदी जी इस तथाकथित प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में मुख्य यजमान बताए गए थे। हिंदू शास्त्रों के अनुसार वे यह अनुष्ठान बिना पत्नी के नहीं कर सकते। इसलिए नोटिस में उन्हे हिंदू धर्म का सम्मान करते हुए पत्नी सहित आने का आग्रह किया गया था। ऐसा न होने पर किसी अन्य योग्य व्यक्ति को मुख्य यजमान बनाने का निवेदन किया गया था।
2-अनेक समाचारों के अनुसार इस कार्यक्रम में कांची कामकोटि के स्वामी विजेंद्र सरस्वती का भाग लेना भी बताया गया था और उन्हें शंकराचार्य बोलकर संबोधित किया जा रहा था। जबकि भगवान आदि शंकराचार्य ने मात्र चार पीठें बनाई थी- ज्योर्तिमठ, द्वारका, श्रृंगेरी और गोवर्धन मठ, और कांची कामकोटी नाम की कोई शंकराचार्य पीठ नहीं है। इस पर 22 सितंबर 2017 का माननीय इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट का निर्णय भी है जिसमें पैराग्राफ नंबर 371 में यह स्पष्ट दिया गया है कि मात्र उपरोक्त पीठे ही जगतगुरु शंकराचार्य पीठे हैं, इसके अतिरिक्त यदि कोई अन्य अपने को शंकराचार्य कहता है तो वह फर्जी और दिखावटी है। कोर्ट के इसी निर्णय के आधार पर ट्रस्ट को माननीय कोर्ट की अवमानना ना करते हुए कांची कामकोटी के स्वामी विजेंद्र सरस्वती को शंकराचार्य ना कहने का आग्रह किया गया था अन्यथा यह एक गैरकानूनी कार्य था।
3-विभिन्न समाचारों के अनुसार तथाकथित प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में गर्भगृह में पांच लोग होने जानकारी मिल रही थी। जिसमें अपंजीकृत संगठन राष्ट्रीय सेवक स्वयंसेवक संघ के मुख्य मोहन भागवत भी है। तो इस कानूनी नोटिस में मोहन भागवत जी की उपस्थिति पर आपत्ति करी गई थी क्योंकि वह ना तो कोई धर्म गुरु है, ना धर्म विवेचक, ना राम जन्मभूमि केस में उनका कोई योगदान है, ना वह केस में कोई पार्टी अथवा कोई गवाह थे। इसके अतिरिक्त समय-समय पर वे अनेक हिंदू विरोधी वक्तव्य भी देते रहे हैं। जैसे 2013 में उन्होंने यह आह्वान किया था कि हिंदू युवा 50 वर्षों के लिए देवी देवताओं को भूल जाए और मात्र भारत माता की सेवा करें। जब हिंदू युवा देवी देवताओं को ही भूल जाएंगे तो भारत माता की सेवा कौन करेगा? साथ ही वह जब स्वयं मानते हैं कि हिंदू देवी देवताओं को भूल जाना चाहिए तो अब वह हमारे हिंदू प्रमुख देवता साक्षात ईश्वर भगवान राम के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में क्यों आए हैं? जिसके लिए वह स्वयं को स्वयं ही अपने को अयोग्य घोषित कर चुके हैं इससे पहले उन्होंने कहा था कि हिंदू कोई धर्म नहीं अपितु दर्शन है। तो उन्हें हिंदू धार्मिक कार्यक्रम में भी स्वयं ही नहीं आना चाहिए। सितंबर 2023 में अग्रसेन छात्रावास नागपुर में बोलते हुए उन्होंने एक घटना सुनाई, जब आरएसएस सदस्यों
/ स्वयंसेवकों को वंचित समाज के साथ भोजन करते हुए मांसाहार परोसा गया। तब वह बोले कि स्वयंसेवकों को कहा गया कि इसमें गौ मांस है तो स्वयंसेवक बोले कि सदियों से उनमें और वंचित समाज में दूरियां रही इसलिए उनका समावेश हो जाए तो यदि उन्हें गौमांस भी खाना पड़े तो उन्हें स्वीकार होगा। यह बात एक प्रकार से बड़े गर्व से कही और सुनने वाले सभी लोगों ने खूब तालियां बजाई। यह अत्यंत आपत्तिजनक घटना थी क्योंकि हिंदू धर्म में गौमाता साक्षात देवी है और जब कोई व्यक्ति गौमांस खाने की ऐसी घटना को सकारात्मक रूप से बताएं तो वह हिंदू धर्म के विरुद्ध बोल रहे हैं। उपरोक्त सभी घटनाओं के समाचार उस कानूनी नोटिस में साथ में लगाए गए थे। इसलिए मोहन भागवत जी को गर्भगृह में रहने का कोई अधिकार नहीं था और इस पर आपत्ति करी गई।
4-सैकड़ो शताब्दियों से हिंदू समाज अपने चार पूज्य शंकराचार्य एवं पांच वैष्णवाचार्यो से धार्मिक ज्ञान और निर्देशन लेता रहा है। किंतु रामजन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट द्वारा इस कार्यक्रम में कोई उनसे कोई निर्देशन लिया नहीं दिख रहा थे। तो ट्रस्ट को आग्रह किया गया कि यह भगवान राम का यह कार्यक्रम हमारे सर्वोच्च धर्म गुरुओं के सानिध्य में हो जिसके लिए ट्रस्ट बाध्य है क्योंकि माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आर्डर पर यह ट्रस्ट बनाया गया है और ट्रस्ट को सभी कार्य हिंदू धर्म के अनुसार ही करने होंगे, इसके लिए उन्हें हमारे सर्वोच्च धर्म गुरुओं का निर्देशन लेना चाहिए। कानूनी नोटिस में ट्रस्ट को यह भी सप्रेम आग्रह किया गया था।
राम जन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट को उचित समय देने के बाद भी उनकी ओर से कोई उत्तर नहीं आया है जबकि कुछ अन्य समाचार अवश्य पढ़ने को मिले हैं जिनमें मुख्य यजमान मोदी जी के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को बताया जा रहा है जो पत्नी सहित सभी पूजन कार्यक्रम करेंगे। 22 जनवरी को तथाकथित प्राण प्रतिष्ठा हो जाने के बाद भी यह आवश्यक नहीं कि विषय समाप्त हो जाए क्योंकि प्राण प्रतिष्ठा का हिंदू शास्त्र सम्मत होना सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है और ऐसा न होने पर सभी कानूनी विकल्प खुले हैं।
